UPC's Letter

Well, here's where it all started for some of us. In mid-April, Chris Swartley, Development Manager for UPC Wind, sent out a friendly letter to all the landowners in the Town of Cohocton letting us in on a plan they had been quietly working on with selected families and the Town Board for a few years. We had seen a few yard signs go up, but that's all. The quest for information and regaining community control was on!
